Juice Fast Day 2

This is the 2nd day of Juice fast!!

Too bad i don't have a weighing scale to keep track of my weight. Oh wells~ I have already taken down my measurements so we'll take it from there then.

Today we made a mix of 3 Apples, 3 Pears, 1 Lemon and 1 Orange with half a Cucumber.

Sad to say....it leaves a bitter aftertaste. Maybe it's the orange? Humm.....not as good as the first two recipies on day one.

Feel really hungry today but was satisfied by the juice. I'm having alot of cravings.

Darling seems to be fine~ He doing really really well!!!

I actually do feel better (except for the cravings). I'm actually more motivated to do more stuff during my spare time like learning new songs on the piano or cleaning the house.
Thinking of doing some stretches later on as well.

2 more days of chilling out and clearing my mind!

Juice Fast

Well well well~

I guess it's "Hi" again to this lovely space of mine. I will come back again soon. So don't worry. I promise.

So Darling and I have decided to start Juice Fasting from the 29th to the 15th of Jan!

Hope everything works out!!

We made two different recipies today. Got the recipies off the internet!

Recipie 1 a.k.a Garden Salad:

1 Apple
3 medium Carrots
4 lettuce leaves (romaine or iceburg is fine)
1/2 lemon, peeled
1 tomato
Optional: 1/2 green pepper

This recipes makes about 2 decent cups of juice. It actually tastes really really gd! =)

Recipie 2 is much simpler.

2 apples
2 stalks of Celery
1/4 lemon

If you wanna add 1/2 a lemon it's really fine too~ This tastes really sweet as well!

Finally, after so many years of junk food, alcohol and tobacco, We're giving our bodies a treat!!

And hopefully lost some weight as well!! ^_^

Ok...now that i got that fugly skin out of the way(what was i thinking?? pink?? *stabs myself in the chest*).....I realised, that I didn't really know what to blog about.

My current situation is nursing a sick "bear" who is napping right now and me being confused/excited over the adoption of a puppy who's about to be born in 2 weeks! I only know it's a very small breed...but i haven't asked the details yet.

Should I? I really don't know....such a huge responsibility. I guess it doesn't help that Buns and I aren't home most of the day(due to work)...Leaving it at my house is worse. It'd just get lost, or worse, eaten by that dumb monitor lizard that is camping out at a hidden spot in my house.
For the life of my I don't understand why it doesn't run awau from my house already!!!!!

Arrrgghh....I absolutely HATE lizards, of any kind!

Well, i guess i still got some time to consider since the puppy need it's mummy for at least another 8 weeks or so...

Made Bread Pudding today! Wahahahaha~

Dearie suggested i do it! haha some impromptu feeling to do it!

It's surprisingly easy to make!

Chee peng came over to eat too! Haha so cute lah see them playing Street Fighter....humm maybe i should go train then i can beat Buns ass! hohoho! So "how lian" lei! Keep winning!

Although I skipped alot of the ingredients(lazy go buy), it still turned out great! Too sweet for me tho...next time shall put less sugar...hahaha...~

Here's what i used! (Better put down just incase next time i forget again!)

Ingredients:

2 cups whole milk (or 2 cups half & half)
1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar (white or brown, depending on taste preference)
3 eggs
3 cups bread, torn into small pieces (french bread works best)

These are the ingrediants that i DID NOT put in:

1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:

1. In medium saucepan, over medium heat, heat milk (or half & half) just until film forms over top. Combine butter and milk, stirring until butter is melted. Cool to lukewarm.

2. Combine sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 1 minute. Slowly add milk mixture.

3. Place bread in a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

4. Sprinkle with raisins if desired. Pour batter on top of bread.

5. Bake at 350 degrees F(which is about 175 Degree C) for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Serve warm.

It really turned out not too bad! heheheheh~ =)

Saw on yahoo!news that there's gonna be a meteor shower tonight!! From 6pm onwards!

Think by the time reach SG will be about 7plus?? humm...

DAMMIT!

Fever for 2 days already....wtf.....Damn unlucky to be sick during the weekends! Sigh...so many nice outings that i missed....i'm bored being cooped up at home....Woah~

LUCKILY!, Dearie is here with me right now....Taking super good care for me! I seriously practically don't have to lift a finger to o anything for myself. Haha...He brings me breakfast in bed, makes me all my meals, gives me my medication on time (seriously on time...but bummer i have to eat ALL the icky meds!) and showers so much TLC(Tender, Loving, Care) on me! Feel like a princess! =D

So lucky...if not i would've really felt damn sucky.

Spent the whole day just chilling out infront of the computer with the bed pulled up infront of it.
There's 2x Exp today in Wonderland. So we are chiong chiong chionging to get max exp exposure!
Somehow, somewhere, i managed to get hold of the training ticket.
So i managed to be able to get loads of exp! Already 10 levels!
And this game is awefully hard to level.....grrrrrr~

Watched 2 movies already.....wondering if i should watch the 3rd tho....

a numbing kind of wonder

I had the most infuriating nightmare in a long while since!

1st part involved me trying to sneak into Bendemeer Pri Sch looking for ghosts, then i suddenly was pasting flyers on the board so that i could get a free pass to roam ard the sch.

I mean seriously, what the hell is people lingering in scho pasting flyers in the middle of the night? And the S.W.A.T team guarding the gates?.....-_-

2nd part i was someone's PA, a noob. I was set up and someone started blaming me. But it wasn't my fault, then my mum appeared and accused me over and over! Gosh~

In the dream i flipped and started screaming and shouting that it wasn't me.

I was soooo angry! I burst into tears in the dream, but of cos when you're as agitated as i am, real tears actually flow out in real life.

I woke up with tears streaming down my face. I was still damn angry, but oh well, i still need my beauty slp.
Think i'm getting too stressed about messing up lately...humm....

Lucky didn't wake Dearie up....he's such a light sleeper~

Finally went home and got my clothes from Indiesin! (arrived at my house for a few days already =P)

The blazer's A.W.E.S.O.M.E! Dearie also say NICE! =D *bleaming*

The acidwashedout dress doesn't really fit me very well, so i decided to make it an outer wear. It's a button dress so it should work well with a belt.

Sigh...I have such limited belts! But saw one that seemed to be able to suit the dress @ only $5! Wahahaha~

finally finished House Season 1-5. Can't wait for Season 6 to come out!

Dearie influenced me to watch Prison Break. I never would have watched it on my own. Don't ask me why i wouldn't watch such an AWESOME show. I just....????? Hahahahaha
The whole show is genius! How Micheal(Wentworth Miller) worked the plans out and executed them.... Such ingenuity and intelligence portrayed in this show! Oooh! and the loyalty Sucre shows throughout the show is just commendable!! =)
A MUST-WATCH!!!

Ugly Betty is a show about hope, perserverance, about never giving up. Haha...
But inbetween there's a whole lot of Fashion, the dirty secrets and hidden schemes in this show is never ending! There's always a new twists, new plots, old affairs and in every superficial-loving show, there's always Murder.
The dialogue is wacky and damn funny!

Marc (Michael Urie) and Amanda (Becki Newton) is my 2 most favourite characters in the show!! They never fail to amuse me with their jokes, pranks and crazy stunts.
The things Amanda says in the show, omg...hahaha....it just CRACKS.YOU.UP.

I'm not kidding, Dearie, who thought it was a super lame show, even paused his game to watch Ugly Betty with me! Lololololol~
When asked why, his reply was, "It's just too lame til i can't turn away!!"
Yup! *Heh heh heh*

Now here comes Gossip Girl.
Firstly, i need to say, I UBER LOVE THEIR CLOTHES!!!!! Omg....I wish i had just 1/4 of Blair's or Serena's wardrobe!!

I read a few of GG books but i think i prefer watching the series, besides, what's not to love about the series? The clothes, characters, scenes, parties. Everything is perfect is this show, very very much like the book.

Oh and did i mention Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick)? Charismatic, charming and slick in his specch and moves. Totally touched my heart. Can never get enough of him!

The Official GG Book Site, the author attended a private school on the upper east side too!

Last but NOT least, It's everyone's favourite Doctor House, an unconventional medical genius who heads a team of diagnosticians at the fictional Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital in New Jersey.
He's Brillliant, genius, cynical, sarcastic, mean, Brillliant. =)
House trusts no one, least of all his patients.
An infectious disease specialist, he thrives on the challenge of solving medical puzzles in order to save lives.
Every episode, you get to see a new patient, a new case, another mystery. It's always fun to guess who's the one that's sick in the scene that's playing.
Most of the times me and Dearie guess wrong. Hahaha...
It's amazing how House solves the case too!
You would be damn curious as to why and how the person got sick. Riveting. =D

His sarcasm and jokes is damn entertaining too. I swear and cross my heart.
I seriously hope the next season comes sooner. It's gotten very....very....very!....interesting.

Well, after all that i've typed, the bottomline is that, it really is nice to have shows to take your mind off work, lets you relax, pique your curiosity and show you another type of life.

Have been super restless today. Didn't know if i wanna swim or play badminton. Now that i finished typing, i feel much better. So where to/wat now?

It rained today.
And i wanted to go swimming!!.....Awww....
Thus, I spent most of the day in front of the computer, contemplating what to do next.
It seems like i've run out of ideas.

Darling made soup with lots of yummy stuff in it! We went to Fairprice last night and we took whatever we liked and dumped them all in the soup. It turned out suprisingly yummy!! Hehe...put in lots of tofu! I love tofu~ =)

Garry and Grace is having an 'engagement party' tml at Timbre. I'd probably attend. It's been awhile since we met up anyways.
